• Manufacturer warranties on materials (e.g., GAF, Atlas, TimberTech, Trex, Belgard) are governed by the manufacturer's own published terms and require proper registration where applicable.
• Warranties do not cover damage from severe weather events, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized alterations performed by others after project completion.

Legacy Peak Roofing & Construction performs all work under NJ Home Improvement Contractor License #13VH13270900 with general liability coverage.
