The Work Speaks
For Itself.

Three disciplines, one uncompromising standard. Every project below represents a real commission — real materials, real scope, real results.

Our Work

Three Trades.
One Standard.

Legacy Peak Roofing & Construction does not subcontract its core work. Every roofing system, chimney rebuild, and custom deck in this portfolio was executed by our own crew, using manufacturer-specified systems from brands we stand behind: GAF, DaVinci, TimberTech, and Cambridge.

These three projects were selected because they represent the full breadth of what we do: a structural shingle replacement, a chimney rebuilt from the roofline, and a second-story deck restored from a compromised foundation. If we can handle these, we can handle yours.

GAF Timberline HDZ® Shingle Replacement

  • GAF Timberline HDZ® Shingles — Charcoal
  • GAF WeatherBlocker® Ice & Water Barrier
  • GAF Deck-Armor™ Breathable Roof Deck Protection
  • GAF Cobra® Ridge Runner Ventilation System

Twenty-two years of inadequate ridge ventilation had quietly degraded this 3,800 sq. ft. colonial from within. Three legacy shingle layers were hiding saturated decking underneath.

We stripped the roof to bare lumber, rebalanced the ventilation profile from ridge to soffit, and installed a complete GAF Lifetime System in Timberline HDZ® Charcoal. The finished roof carries a 130 mph wind rating and a transferable lifetime warranty on both shingles and workmanship.

Rebuilt red brick chimney with dual stainless steel flue caps and new flashing on a roof dormer in NJ by Legacy Peak Roofing & Construction

Full Brick Chimney Rebuild

  • Red Clay Brick — Running Bond
  • Dual Stainless Steel Flue Liners with Spark-Arrestor Caps
  • CrownCoat Waterproof Crown Sealant
  • Galvanized Step & Counter Flashing

Years of moisture damage had taken their toll on this double-flue chimney: spalling brick, failed mortar joints, and a cracked crown that was channeling water straight into the second floor.

We took the structure down to the roofline and rebuilt it course-by-course in matching red brick, installed two new stainless steel flue liners with spark-arrestor caps, and sealed the crown to code. New galvanized step and counter flashing ties the rebuilt stack cleanly into the surrounding roofline.

Multi-Level Composite Deck & Stair Rebuild

  • Gray Composite Decking Boards
  • White Vinyl Railing System with Aluminum Balusters
  • Composite Stair Treads with Matching Rail
  • FastenMaster® Hidden Deck Fasteners

This second-story deck was at the end of its life. The ledger board had rotted, the post footings were compromised, and the original pressure-treated lumber no longer met code.

The entire structure was demolished, new footings poured to frost depth, and a complete gray composite deck system built from the ground up, connected by a matching stair down to a secondary deck level. White vinyl railing with aluminum balusters ties both levels together cleanly.
